We need to raise our sights

What we believe

We believe this sector can deliver far greater impact than the system currently allows.

Look at the numbers. More than two million Australian women have experienced violence at the hands of a partner. Two million Australians live with a rare disease. Nearly one in two hundred people have nowhere safe to call home. Behind every figure is a person waiting on work that isn't moving fast enough — and a sector doing extraordinary things with too little. The need is too great, and the solutions too constrained, to keep working the way we always have.

Some of that work will always be human. It is deeply relational — building trust, making the case, holding the relationships that carry a mission — and no technology will ever do it for you. Nor should it.

But so much of what holds the sector back isn't that work. It's the constraints around it: too few people, too little time, systems that can't keep up. Having spent two years at the frontier of what generative and agentic AI can do, we know this is a large part of the unlock — removing constraints from your planning, joining the dots, working through complexity, analysing, understanding, and lifting productivity, so your people can do more of what only they can.

We believe the sector deserves that. And we're here to help.

What drives us

We've lived it — the late nights, the rejection letters, the starting from scratch. We know the heartache. We're tired of the waste. We hate seeing funders' hard-earned capital consumed by inefficiencies and antiquated ways of working.

We're tired of seeing the sector make do: restricted workforces and insufficient funds, researchers and fundraisers losing months of every year to applications, finance teams wrestling with inadequate systems, proposals stuck for weeks because there's no designer free.

So we built something better: sophisticated AI systems embedded with the insight of global leaders who've been exactly where you are. We challenged ourselves to harness generative and agentic AI to solve this — not in the superficial way you see everywhere, but properly, embedded with the judgment of people who've done the work.

Together, our people and technology don't just help you move faster — we help transform the way your organisation works: how it plans and decides, how it finds and wins funding, how it manages its finances, how it uses its data, how it governs, and how it measures and reports impact.

We work right across the sector-  charities, higher education, health and medical research, philanthropy and government - and with both sides of the funding relationship: those seeking funds and those investing them. And we're building something bigger: an ecosystem that serves both, and a smarter, faster flow of capital and capability to where it delivers impact.

We exist to build the capacity of the sector — so its brilliant people can focus on the uniquely human work that no technology can do, and that matters most.
